What is the free consultation like?
A relaxed 15 minute video call. You share a little about what brings you to therapy, ask me anything, and get a feel for how I work. No commitment.
If we are a good fit, we will schedule your first session. If not, I will do my best to point you toward someone who is.

Location, fees, and hours

- All sessions are held by secure video. I am based in Orlando and see adults located anywhere in Florida.
- Fee
- $150 per 50 minute session, private pay. Superbills available for possible out of network reimbursement.
- Hours
- Weekday appointments, with limited flexibility for busy seasons. We will find a rhythm that works.
Wondering if you should reach out?
If you are asking that question, the answer is probably yes. You do not need a diagnosis, a crisis, or a perfectly worded email. "Hi, I found your website and I think I want to talk" is more than enough.
